Canadian Thanksgiving - HELP!!

Last year my daughter and I were only vegetarians. I believe last year we had Mushroom Lasagne. I have no idea what to serve this year since we are both vegans. I cannot get vegan cheese locally. I would have to travel 2 hours away to the nearest big city, and I am not doing that just for cheese.
Anyone have any great ideas as to what I can serve?? My daughter's boyfriend is also a vegetarian.
Thanks for any input.
If you want lasagne, there are lots of kick-ass recipes on vw using tofu ricotta.
What's the traditional meal like?
i agree with nmpixie, tofu ricotta kicks ass.
last year i made a green bean casserole, pumpkin pie cheesecake (it was good, but i ate too much and i was sick on top of that so now the thought of it makes me want to puke), and some other stuff that i can't remember right now. you could do a roasted veggie platter, tofu turkey, garlic rolls. sooo much!
Go for something completely different: Yummy Nut Roast. With a little "gravy" it is sooo good.

Yeah, I know I keep plugging it. But it seriously rocks and not enough people on VW know it.
Here are a couple of threads from last year that could give you some ideas:

There's also a Thanksgiving category in the recipes section:
