easy sauces need help!

Im trying to think of sauces for beans or TVP, but not based on tomato or lentils

I could only think of
Peanut coconut sauce with ginger
nutrional yeast and garlic.

Any hints

There's a nutritional yeast "queso" sauce on here I want to try.
Green salsa (tomatillo) would be good on beans.
Pesto with tahineh/lemon marinade: juice of one lemon, teaspoon or so tahineh, touch of oil if liked, a good dollop of pesto
Chopped fresh parsley and mint with lemon and oil
Green Vinagrette: http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=29529.msg338319#msg338319
