Try a gourmet food shop or high-end supermarket. Or search online. Fresh truffles are practically unobtainable outside France or Italy, and cost their weight in processed plutonium. You mostly get them in tins or small jars. Very, very expensive. And though I have bought them at Christmas for certain dishes, I'm not entirely convinced they're worth it.

I have never seen truffles but I have seen truffle oil. Not sure if that would work in your recipe, but it might be worth a try.
