Anyone heard of this?

A friend told me about this company.  They sell natural products and if you're a member, you get them really cheap.  It seems like one of those things you want to be careful of though- like a scam.

Has anyone heard of this company or ordered anything from it?  How natural are the products and are they vegan?

Here's the website:  http://www.melaleuca.com/ps/index.cfm

Hi! I am not sure how legit even this website is ::), but you might want to check it out...

I don't fully understand what the heck the main poster is talking about, but there are Replies & Rebuttals at the bottom of the page with other people's experiences with this company! Hope it helps!

Not sure if it matters, but it seems like a rip-off to me... :-\ I wish it wasn't, though!

A woman I work with swears by the Melaleuca products . . . I've never tried them, though.  I think they've been around for a while and I've seen them recommended on other websites.

Not very helpful, but . . .

A friend of mine had a membership with them. Every month they would send her something (toothpaste, lotion, etc). She was very happy with their products and didn't have any issues with the company. However, per the PETA site, they commissioned some animal tests:
