*GENERAL EXCHANGE GUIDELINES*
1. You must have been active on the forums for at least 6 months OR have 1,000 posts. If you've been here a while you're more likely to send out your package.
2. Don't flake on your partner, just like you wouldn't want your partner to flake on you. If you're unsure whether you'll have time/money to get a package together, don't sign up.
3. Bring it! Don't send out something crappy!
4. Homemade and/or store bought goodies are welcome.
5. This is an ALL VEGAN exchange.
I got some stuff, but I have a lot more to get though....and then there's the baking part....
^ This
Impressed with all these organised people! I definitely need another weekend to get my stuff together but will very much look forward to seeing gifts start to arrive!
^ This too
You are so weak and pitiful. I shudder at the thought of you continuing to breath. You wretched piece of gooey filth.
it's breathe, not breath. GOD.

And: Your mother was a hamster and your father smelled of elderberries.
I love this! Not that it is directed at ac...just that it exists!
Due to my serious lack of organizational skills my gift won't be ready to go until I get an item I ordered in the mail. :o Hopefully the postal service is quick...or if everything else is ready I may just sent two packages. I wish I had the self confidence to not be so nervous. ???
yeah i wanted to get a couple of things online, but the date is too soon and i am scared it won't come it time... ah, well!
You guys are so organized! I have just done one small run to the store for things.
For the rest, I am just letting ideas percolate in my brain.
Just typing that I got a BRILLIANT idea. If I can pull it off, it will be totally awesome. Hehe. >:D
According to our P.O., my person should expect their package by the end of the business day Thursday!! Hope what I baked isn't all icky by then! :-\ Well, they can always be dunked or crumbled, lol!
haha, I keep forgetting that I am getting something! I get so caught up in the giving part that the getting part just slips my mind. :)
yah abrimmer, I'm sure your package will not be icky at all - can't wait to see the first package arrive! : )
thhf - getting amazing vegan gifts in the mail is just awesome, but I always think way more about what I'm sending than what I might receive too! : )
So exciting, I am lookin at either tomorrow or thursday, but then do I run the weekend risk...hmmm...sigh just couldn't get 'er together fast enough! Next time I want to be one of those people that gets mine out first!
completely up to you, bgs, but if I was ready to post on Thursday I'd hold off till after the long weekend...
then again - do you guys even have a long weekend for Easter?
ho hum....I appear to be the least organised here.
I want to make --- ----- ------ / ----- ----- -------- but am scared that they'll taste like puke. So sorry to my person if you end up with puke food.
disclaimer: i won't really send out puke food, I'll keep it myself if it's that bad
i'm sure it won't taste like puke. cardboard, maybe, but not puke.
i hope my giftee doesn't hate their package. i feel like i can not think of anything good.
i'm taking friday off and plan on shipping mine then :)
my person should get their pkg soon!!!!
@ bgs... I'm pretty sure here in the U.S. the post offices are open on Easter weekend (Good Friday and Saturday).
@ shell... I am sure your goodies will not taste like hurl! They will be delish!
@ hespy... Whoever your giftee is will be very lucky to be receiving a package from you and I know they'll appreciate whatever you send. :)
Yay, for packages on their way!!
Hesp, I'm sure your gift will be awesome!! : )
Shell's baking probably will taste like puke though....
; )
I can't believe your post offices are open on Good Friday! haha, shows what I know!
I'm still going to take my four day weekend and enjoy every bit of it! haha
Iz it can it be baking tiem tomorrow? (Rhetorical question.) :D
eta: I wish I had enough of a certain ingredient to make a double batch of the delectable-sounding recipe I found, but this ingredient is rather expensive in NZ. Nevertheless, there will of course be some taste testing involved. Quality control, ya know.
Yeah, I decided to go for next Monday, nice and freshy then!
@ Heli... we're all about the quality control in our house too! ;)
