:)  :) :)  THANK YOUs TO ALL MY WELL WISHERS   :) :) :)

I had a nice day completing my weeklong loving service (tossing trash, taking donations to charities, packing things that will go to Cincinnati when they move, keeping peace in their stressed family, etc) to a handicapped family by taking the wife to the airport (14 year old daughter hospitalized at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital) while the husband went to his last soccer game of the season to coach his team from his wheelchair) & bookmama was working for a colleague (she got a better job in the system, another of her colleagues has horrible kidney stones & her 20 year old niece was in a head-on collison ... died ... came back to life miraculously & is doing well at the moment even though she is still extremely damaged from the accident which wasn't her fault ... she called 911 while still in her "car" that no longer looked like anything but a ball of metal - had to be cut out by "jaws of life") ... she was a premie & continues to be a fighter to live ... please keep all of them in your love, prayers, good thoughts, etc (based on whatever your beliefs are ... thanks so much) especially during the holiday seasons. My "official" day ended with a PARTY at our home with younger daughter, Rebecca & her SO - Daniel.  Rebecca made awesome margaritas, bean burritos with guacamole/salsa/vegan sour cream/etc on organic wheat tortillas ... bookmama finished the my b-day meal with SoDelicious Dulche De Leche Soy Ice Cream.  What a very "full-filling" day ... truly blessed ! ! !

Today (which is my sister's birthday ... 4 years & 1 day younger), I will be celebrating our birthdays with bookmama by packing for our trip to Boston to see Celtkat & as many NE vegwebbers as possible; attending a play, Children of Eden (musical version of the Bible's book of Genesis), produced by our award winning local Gainesville Theater Alliance ... our son was in the version produced by Flat Rock Playhouse near Asheville NC, which was phenomenal (no parental bias either); and just spending quality time with my beloved main squeeze, bookmama.

Love "y'all" (southern for all of you) my Veg Web family members (jessesmum - thanks for starting this wonderful thread, jenniferhughes, little2ant, baypuppy - can't wait to have our face-to-face with you & cammy, tofuttibreak, What Day Is It?, mdvegan - wish you were closer to Boston or Atlanta GA, Tkitty96, Capture, Davedrum - loved your firefighting efforts on my birthday cake ... regrettably true this day & beyond, mirrya1, laurabs, lotus42, humboldt_honey, karatekid1975, lucidanne, dinkfeet - loved the banner, very appropriate expression for this "good ole boy" area of the country, hespedal, closeyoureyestosee, firefightress, ShaolinBunny - you're so cute with your responses ... thanks for your "inner strength" in creating a "fantastic, awesome, wonderful birthday" wish ... when I create a ceiling mural of my avatar, you will get the first complimentary copy so that you can stay "high on life" & avoid any addictive substances ... and all the rest of you vegwebbers with whom I feel so close ... bookpapa, you are the sweetest  :) And without a doubt, you have the best avatar that I have ever seen.  :D

Of course, sending positive energy to bookmama's colleagues, neice. She sounds like a real fighter.
