Latino vegetarian/vegan groups?

I've been doing some research for work that I am hoping will help promote plant-based diets among Latino communities.

Do you know of any Latino vegetarian or vegan organizations?

Unfortunately, I  don't, but I would love to know of some. It would be really handy to have some vegan info in Spanish.  Diabetes is rampant and people's eating habits are atrocious.  Please let me know if you come across any groups, thanks!

I do know that vegan outreach prints Why Vegan in spanish.

I dont know any off hand, but my good friend from El Salvador made me vegan pupusas!
