So I uploaded a new profile pic and it shows up as my picture if you go to my profile, but not under the users online photo...anybody know why?

Hmmm.... Do you always stay logged in?  Try loggin out and then logging back in.  Maybe it just needs to reset or something.

Try to F5. Hit the F5 function key.
