mirrya - the sauce was great.  I've never had queso before (maybe a US thing?) but it made me want to try making one myself sometime.

So glad you liked it!  Very easy to make your own too.

Me too!  I want to try making a mexi-mac 'n cheeze with it.  Plus I'm going to try your idea of using it in an enchilada recipe.

Oww...did you get a chance to try the nooch yet?  Was it easier or harder to work with than the barky stuff you have?

haha, we actually had it just last night!!
I made my 'usual' nut/tofu/nooch 'cheesy' pasta sauce using it, and I thought it smelled reaalllllly good!  When we ate it, my husband said he thought it tasted more cheesy than our usual stuff, but the flavour was milder.  I think maybe our bark nooch has a stronger taste?  But yeah, it was still really good, and I am going to try it in some more recipes!  And for using for sprinkling on salads or whatever it's easier to use than our stuff because you don't need to crush it up first!  Win!  : )

It's really good on breadsticks with some italian spices.  Let me know if you want more and I'll send you some!
