Arcata is in Humboldt County in California. It's completely natural in Arcata for women to not shave. I didn't when I was there. Those women who didn't shave were called "Humboldt Honeys."

the reasoning behind my screen name is lame compared to everyone elses. I like to garden so I choose gardengirl.
the first time I celebrated my boyfriend's birthday with him, his friends had a party. since I had never met alot of them, some of them didn't know who I was. apparently someone asked my name, and described me as "the chick who looks like Tinkerbell, only evil", and it kinda stuck
