*GENERAL EXCHANGE GUIDELINES*
1.  You must have been active on the forums for at least 6 months OR have 1,000 posts.  If you've been here a while you're more likely to send out your package.

2.  Don't flake on your partner, just like you wouldn't want your partner to flake on you.  If you're unsure whether you'll have time/money to get a package together, don't sign up.

3.  Bring it!  Don't send out something crappy!

4.  Homemade and/or store bought goodies are welcome.

5. This is an ALL VEGAN exchange.

to my person:  I mailed my pkg today, but forgot to put a note in the box!

I picked up a large flat rate priority box so I can start stuffing it and determine how much space I have left for baked goodies!

I have a huge box, and I'm scared of shipping. :D I'm still waiting on one thing, then baking, then figuring out the best time to ship.

mine is packaged!! i just have to ship it now

I've decided that the post office should offer an extra large flat rate box for shipping.  Also, Evan threw away the container I was going to put the baked goodies in.  Crap!  Now I've got to figure something out....

i'm checking out the post office tomorrow for a flat rate box... there better be one big enough cause mine is gonna be heavy...

I think I'm going to have to use two medium flat rate boxes (total $22) rather than the large ($15). I guess it's not so terrible of a price difference. Maybe I'll separate the cold stuff (baked goods) from the non-cold? Not sure if it works out better that way, or if the non-cold items act as insulation. Oh, the physics of gift exchange packaging!

I'm tempted to post a picture (well if I could figure out to pictures to load on here) of an item I made as a tease to my giftee.  Not that they'd know who they are.  :)

Random other treats (seasoned chickpeas, black soy milk, pms tea and diarrhea tea (as jokes, lol.  Josh was partially responsible for that), raspberry chocolate, fig, fennel, and almond chocolate, chile chocolate)

Btw, the box had a sticker saying it had been opened by customs, and a note saying they'd taken something out (but they didn't tell me what it was).  Hopefully it wasn't too expensive or time-consuming, whatever it was.  :( But the stuff that made it to me is all super awesome!!!  I seriously can't thank you enough!

Jessica!!!! You sent her the tea?!?! I was just kidding! Hahaha!

I have weird humor, PG. I saw the tea when I lived with Jess and thought they were hilarious and jokingly suggested she send them in the next exchange. I hope you were able to laugh about it. :)

Either way, awesome awesome gifts!!!! :D

You are so welcome! I am super glad you enjoyed it! i was nervous and had a dream that you were like meh, whatever, i got my package. hehe. And it looks like they kept hubby's add of the vegan bacon popcorn... he thinks they thought it was too cool and they had to try it for themselves...  weird though, it was completely sealed and packaged. I hope you make lots of awesome Mexican foods with all of that, and the virgin Mary candle was kinda a joke too, so even though i am sad it broke, at least it wasn't one of the hot sauces.

Love the box!  And the teas.  reminds me of joking to my mom about giving her a subscription to a tea of the month club.  She got so excited about it I had to buy her tea and mail it every month for a year.  I picked up one at an asian market and did not read the box carefully.  It turned out it was a traditional remedy for ED and she had been widdowed for 35 yrs before she passed away and I read the box while cleaning out her pantry.

I have that coloring book.  It is a great one.  :)

Oh yeah, you mentioned the bacon popcorn in the note.  Obviously I didn't read it again after I found out something was missing. ::) Customs doesn't let any meat products through...even though it wasn't real meat, they probably didn't read the label.  Or maybe they actually did want to keep it for themselves.  I suspect they take things from a lot of packages for less-than-legitimate reasons.  They're probably responsible for the candle breaking too, because it didn't look like they re-packed very carefully (some of the chocolate is broken up too, and the tomatillo can is dented).  At least they didn't totally ruin anything else.

Hugo loves his squeaky ball, and that coloring book is really cool.  DH is super excited to have a tortilla press (we can't get decent corn tortillas here, and he loves them).  The whole package is just so awesome!  And LOL about your dream!  Even if you'd only sent like 1/10 of the stuff I would have been super excited!!!
