Exercise dvd suggestions?

I need help!! I was involved in roller derby since 2007 but recently had to take a break due to my new job and time restrictions. Roller derby was the BEST exercise EVER! I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2006 and roller derby helped ease my symptoms while giving me an amazing outlet to relieve every day stress. Not to mention is was super fun ;)

I quit roller derby in August and since then my Fibromyalgia symptoms - mainly aching muscles and fatigue - have come back full force. My problem is that I can't seem to find exercise that excites me the way roller derby did. My time is limited so I was thinking of exercise dvd's. Does anyone have any suggestions on dvd's that would be fun and exciting? I get bored quite easily. :-\

Hiya!

I've got fibromyalgia too and have been looking for some DVDs too (I'd love to get a Wii and some fitness programs, they look fun, I checked here :

but there are so many, I surely couldn't recommend any one in particular) but another thing I've seen were some kickboxing DVDs that looked pretty fun and a big workout. I'd also recommend swimming if you've got a gym membership since that's a great low-impact exercise but not too exciting.

Nothing is probably as exciting as roller derby!!

Thanks for the suggestions ;)b I think I'm going to check out some kickboxing dvds.... it would be more fun if I had someone to kick! Any takers? ;D

My mom really likes Walk Away the Pounds series. It's okay, and suprisingly enough, there is a pretty decent work out to be had. However if you get annoyed easily, turn on some music and just watch it without listening. Sometimes Leslie is just too much to take!
