Any kind of roast winter squash with stuffing and cranberry sauce.
Tofurky! I don't usually buy pre-made foods anymore, but this one is just so delectable!
Sweet potato casserole!
vegan stuffing, mmmm....
I had portobellos this year, and they were great.
This year I made the leek and bean cassoulet from Veganomicon, with the addition of some Morningstar Farms chikin strips - a big hit! My mom made Chef Chloe's Harvest Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, which were also fabulous, especially with mushroom gravy. my favorite is my homemade cranberry sauce, just cranberries with sweetner orange zest and pulp and at the end of the cooking time walnuts- so good
Tofu with vegetables and pineapple..
I've never had a vegan thanksgiving centerpeice, but if I had to come up with one, I guess I'd make some sort of fancy baked potato with a side of squash^^.
This year i made tofutti-cream cheese/tofurkey roll ups for my very meat and potatoes family and they all got eaten!!! Not as fancy as I have done before, but it felt good to have everyone try, and rave about them!
Tofurky!
I like Tofurkey, but honestly it's just like regular turkey used to be to me in that I have to drown it in cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes to make it tasty. I think it's way better in a sandwich...one of those Thanksgiving dinner sandwiches with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and stuffing on crusty bread. Yum. I think I may just start out with sandwiches for Tday dinner next year. :)

I make a Tomato Lentil Pasta dish and we call it an Italian holiday. LOL
In our pre-tofurky days we used to do fake beef lasagna. my sister and i have been veggies for a long while and they didn't used to make tofurky, so we did the "Italian holiday" too!

I made a "traditional tasting tofurkey" from scratch for the first time the year, and while I enjoyed the results, I think my favorite centerpiece for me is still apple-stuffed acorn squash!
