kale review nightmare

So, last night I dreamed that someone gave a bad review for my "Kid's Kale" recipe (from my cookbook RHIW). He said it was "difficult" not to mention high in fat and cholesterol. And I was all like "What?!! Kid's Kale is my baby! Plus, it's lowfat and doesn't have any cholesterol cuz it's vegan!" I was thinking how he must be on crack or something...
But then I found out he lived in a POND. And I felt bad about saying he was on crack. I thought: "Oh, poor guy. He must really be down on his luck if he lives in a pond. No wonder he thought it was difficult! It must be really hard to chop kale in a pond."
Moral of the story? I need to get a life.

On a brighter note, Sunday I made my daughter that rosemary white bean salad with artichokes and sundried tomatoes from your book and she totally loved it!
