Amaranth Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 full cup of amaranth

2 bananas

1 apple

2 kiwies

1 lemon (not treated with chemicals)

honey or glucose syrup

1 big cup or more youhgurt

a piece of cinnammon or vanilla stick

1 table spoon of flax seed

2 table spoons of hemp unshelled seed

one row of chocolate of zartbitter

 

Directions: 

1. Cook amaranth with flax seed and cinnammon or vanilla stick for some 20 minutes

2. On a plate cut fruits in small pieces, top them with lemon juice and honey/syrup

3. Put the plate with sweetened fruits and lemon juice on top of the pan where you cook amaranth

4. Take water and cinnammon out of amaranth and flax seed when its cooked, and mix the amaranth with fruits

5. put some grated chocolate and grated lemon peel in, mix well

6. serve warm or cold (then more lemon juice), with more chocolate for decoration
