Stretch your $1 soup

Ingredients: 

1 10 0z. can tomato soup
1 can Veg All no salt added veggie mix
1/4 of a med. onion minced
1 garlic clove minced
black pepper to taste

Directions: 

Place the soup in a kettle with the onion and garlic
Drain the juice from the mixed veggies into the tomato soup can and then fill the can with water the rest of the way until the can is full.
Heat over med. low heat, season with ground pepper and stir soup occasionally until thoroughly heated.
*Serve* Its good to eat a sliced cucumber as while you eat this yummy soup!:)
