Valerie's Very Own Rye Bread

Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cups Water
2 cups Unbleached White Flour
1 1/2 cups Rye flour
1 tablespoon Cocoa (optional; for coloring)
1 1/2 tablespoon Caraway Seed (yes, table spoons)
1/3 cup Molasses
2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
1 teaspoon gluten (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions: 

Use the Basic Medium mode of your bread machine. Timer not recommended.
