Jamies Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 bananna (add 2 if you like bananas!!)
1 cup frozen rasberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
fruit juice (I prefer orange-carrot VRUIT)
vanilla
cinnamon to taste
a bit of rice syrup, maple syrup (or any other liquidy sweetener))
2-3 ice cubes

Directions: 

Put all ingredients into a blender (add ice last) and blend untill smooth. It tastes especially good with lots of cinnamon!! Variation: add barley malt instead of syrup. One fresh peach tastes is a delicious addition, as well. Great for a breakfast or for an after-dinner treat!
