Ingredients: 

1 15oz can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup pimientos or red peppers
1 tablespoon onion powder
Braggs Liquid Aminos or soya sauce

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Taste by adding Braggs Amino Acid or soya sauce. For a more spicy taste you can add cayenne pepper
This recipe has a cheesy taste but is more nutritious.
