Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 

12 oz whole wheat rotini
1 1/2 heads broccoli, chopped
3/4 pint grape tomatoes
15 oz can black beans
3 oz vegan soy blue, asiago, or feta cheese crumbles
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Directions: 

1. Cook, drain, and cool pasta.
2. Steam broccoli until slightly soft, about 7-10 minutes, cool.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl, ad chill at least one hour.
