Fruity Carrot and Kale Smoothie

Ingredients: 

2-3 organic carrots
2-3 pieces of kale
1 banana
4-5 strawberries
1 apple
orange juice as needed (about 1 cup, maybe less)
optional: add some soy yogurt for creaminess

Directions: 

Wash all of the fruits and veggies, chop, and put in a vita mix blender or powerful blender (I have a K-Tec Total Blender). Add the orange juice and yogurt, and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. You may add some sweetener if you like, but in my opinion the fruit makes it plenty sweet.
