1-2 slices of whole wheat bread (or whatever kind you like)
2 tablespoons flax seed oil
1-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (enough to cover toast)

Directions: 

Toast 2 slices of bread.
Drizzle oil over toast.
Sprinkle on nutritional yeast.
Eat and enjoy not only the nutty taste but also Omega 3, B Vitamins, and more!
