Rich Mango Milkshake

Ingredients: 

1 mango, peeled, cut up and frozen
1 cup orange juice
1 cup soy milk
2 tablespoons vegan sour cream (I use Tofutti)
1-2 tablespoons liquid sweetener (I used guanabana fruit syrup)
dash of vanilla
pinch of cardamom

Directions: 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The sour cream makes the shake extremely rich and creamy, more like a milkshake than a smoothie. The liquid sweetener helps counteract the sourness of the cream so you can add as much or as little as you like, depending on how tangy you want the drink to be.
