Tropical Basmati Rice Salad

Ingredients: 

3 cups cooked basmati rice
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon raw sugar

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours and serve. Mmmm, so good.
