Breakfast Mud

Ingredients: 

6 oz. chocolate soy milk
1 medium banana, frozen (slice into chunks before freezing!)
2 tablespoon frozen blueberries (or more if you want!)
1/2 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
1 tablespoon vitamin powder* (optional)

Directions: 

Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until there are no huge banana chunks left!
It is a pretty thick shake, but it fills your tummy and quenches your thirst at the same time. :)
The wheat germ is just an added boost but can be left out if you prefer a smoother texture.
*The vitamin powder I use is All One Green Phyto Base ...it's vegan and is a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement. It may taste weird at first but in this shake it is definitely the most palatable!
