Asian Tofu Crumble

Ingredients: 

100-200grams firm tofu
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or to taste)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
splash soy sauce
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
grated fresh ginger (optional)

Directions: 

Mash the tofu with a fork. Add all other ingredients and mix. Spread the mixture out onto a baking tray. Put in a medium to hot oven and bake til browned and crispy - shake tray several times through cooking process to get even cooking. This is great to add to stirfrys - it has a great texture.
