2 medium onions
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Slice the onions to desired thickness
Sautee them in oil
When browning, add the sugar and let caramelize
Add the balsamic vinegar and make sure they are all coated\
Serve in a bowl, add vanilla extract, mix well and enjoy!
