Baked Banana Dream
What you need: 
1 banana
heaping tablespoon of maple syrup or brown rice syrup
2 great big tablespoon peanut butter or soynut butter (Health trip is best)
a scoop of powdered soy milk, or soy protein powder (if you need a real protein boost)
What you do: 
Break up banana into microwave safe bowl.  Add nut butter, sweetner, and milk powder.  Microwave for 1-2 minutes until banana starts to really bubble.  Stir to blend.
If the mixture is too dry, add soy milk.
Enjoy!  This is my favorite midnight snack!
