Spirulina Shake
What you need: 
2 tablespoon Spirulina Flakes (available at health food stores or GNCs)
2 bananas
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can frozen orange juice
1/2 cup water
What you do: 
Throw all ingredients in blender and mix until liquified. Tomatoes, kiwi, peeled apples or other fruit can be substituted.

less than 10 minutes
