ok, not like we really need another 'reasons to...' thread, but a couple of times recently I had a reason to be excited, not necessarily reason to smile and so maybe other people do too!
My RTBE: I just bought my very first car!!!!! I get to pick it up next week, so have a little while before I get to drive it but yay!!
GO YABBIT!!!!!
My RTBE:
I have a new furbaby. She's a dwarf hamster named Mrs. Chubby Cheeks. I'm gonna go get her some stuff to chew on later.. ~^_^~ squeeee!!!!!!!
That's awesome, Yabbit!! Congrat's indeed! :) And thank you for your support!! I keep restarting my email to you...I may just snailmail you. Get excited!
My dear boy, no need to restart. Just keep going. And eventually press "Send" or "Print" and then slap it in an envelope, if you have a return adress by now. Don't forget the stamp!! I was just afraid that I had frightened or bored you with all my nonsense.
GO YABBIT!!!!!
^ This. ;)b

*squee!* My sister and I used to have a pair of dwarf hamsters that we were told were sisters. She named hers Rebecca (which is her own middle name. weirdo) and I named mine Furball. One day Furball bit Rebecca's leg and we had to put her in a separate cage because we got worried. Then Furball had babies. Ohhh turned out Rebecca wasn't her sister afterall! Anyway, I love dwarf hamsters.
I saw this video recently so I thought I'd share

That was adorable!!! Mrs. Chubby Cheeks isn't quite that coordinated yet, lol... Right now she peed in a cardboard tube I put in her cage and is trying really really hard to cover it up.
soooooooooooooooo cute, algae!
Algae, I love that video!! How long did it take them to teach her to do that???
Aaaaand, today I was asked to translate the tango lyrics themselves.
I could get to like this guy.
My oldest son has a lot of food issues. He is starting p90x and would like a high protein, high calorie but very restrictive ingredient list meal/snack bar. I created a recipe for a bar that is 335 calories and 16 grams of protein. They are in the oven now. I am excited because they actually smell good! :o
yabbit ~ Yay for all the translation work!
thhf ~ Let us know how they turn out.
He hasn't tried them yet but here is a picture.
